QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our foreign capital company is seeking for a "Treasury Supervisor" to join our start-up factory located in İzmir/Gaziemir Aegean Free Zone.
The successful candidates requirements are:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics or related departments,
- Min. 7 years experience in Finance,
- Advance knowledge of MS Office programs,
- Advance knowledge of English both written and spoken,
- Oracle knowledge is a plus,
- Global company experience is a plus.
Job Description:
- Managing treasury-related activities and processes,
- Managing and improving payment processing and fraud prevention functions,
- Co-ordiating and managing the delivery of treasury services, reporting and advice in areas such as external financing, credit facilities, banking relationships, funding, capital structures, interest rate, foreign exchange rate risk management, liquidity management,
- Managing, monitoring, controlling, analysing and weekly reporting Cash Flows,
- To follow up AP/AR aging reports,
- Ensuring that the company's payment obligations are fulfilled on time and accurately ,
- To follow up all purchase and sale contracts that have to be involve to cashflow report,
- Managing cash collection process by to follow up customer invoices,
- Contacting customers for collection when necessary,
- Assist in generating all company requirements for the opening, closing and administration of bank accounts and authorized signatures,
- Responsible for letter of guarantee and letter of credit operations,
- Monitoring and reporting company funding activities. Develop proper strategy according to financial market conditions,
- Supporting and coordinating operations, accounting, and risk management teams in terms of daily operations,
- Conduct month-end closing acivities such as bank account reconciliations, internal, and HQ reportings,
- Managing day-to-day relationships with local banks. Ensure compliance with regulations, negotiate agreements, and finalize contracts with external parties,
- Ensure treasury activities are in compliance with treasury policies, accounting guidelines, governance policies, and internal controls,
- Consistly monitoring the latest developments related to financial markets and update the company regularly.
