Now, We are looking for a "Guest Experience Ambassador" to join our amazing team!

Summary of position

Performing the registration, informing, and fulfilling all requests and transactions of the guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure of the hotel.

Competencies 

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• Fluently speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent telephone skills particularly related to guest service and sales
• Must work well under guest pressure and remain calm during stressful situations. 
• Provide a friendly, welcoming experience.
• Previous luxury hotel / guest service experience is required.
• Excellent listening skills
• Must respond to multiple task interruptions
