Sales Representative

Job Description:

· Responsible for all processes from creating customer orders in the ERP system to shipment and collection of the related invoice within the payment deadline.

· Ensure the customer data is accurate and current in the ERP system and maintain regular communication between the customer and the company.

· Ensure uninterrupted communication between the customer and the company.

· Check if customer requirements are met, and communicate with the production and logistics team to fulfill any special requests related to orders.

· Evaluate changes in customer requests during the sales process within the framework of company and customer interests, informing relevant departments with the approval of management, and tracking the results.

· Monitor customers' stock levels and future demand in line with the company's budget targets.

· Record and analyze customer requests and possible complaints, report them to management, and follow up on the feedback process.

· Prepare regular analyses and reports about the responsible market and/or customers based on confirmed sources and present them to the management.

General Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in the field of Economic and Administrative Sciences.

· Proficient in English.

· Effective use of MS Office programs, especially advanced in Excel.

· Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

· Willing to learn and keeping up with innovations in the field.

· Adaptable to the basic flexibility required for a dynamic work environment.

· Strong ability to follow up on tasks and analyze situations.

· Will work on site and full time.

· Willing to travel abroad.

· Adaptable to a intense work pace.
