QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

PROFILE

Graduated from university (Preferably Engineering or Chemistry Departments), Having information about export, operations and customs legislation,

• Good command of English both written and speaking. Knowledge of a second language (Russian, Arabic, Spanish, French) preferable
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export sales (preferably with sales experience in food and cake industry)
• Having no obstacles to travel abroad and able to drive actively,
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Residing or able to reside in the European side of Istanbul.
• Ability to think analytically and able to work in a team,
• Advanced planning, coordination and follow-up skills,
• Will be able to adapt to devoted, flexible working hours and intensive work tempo,
• Having a valid driving license and bein an active driver
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preferably experienced in food and packaging business,
• Managing customer and commercial activities in customers and applications under its responsibility, ensuring customer satisfaction before and after sales,
• Follow-up of existing and potential customers in his/her region, adding new customers to the portfolio,
• Strengthening relations with existing customers, order management and feedback process,
• Taking an active role in national and international fairs, visiting interational customers,
• Taking care of the customers who come to visit the company, to accompany them during their travels,
• Ensuring effective coordination in the triangle of R&D-Production-Customer within the scope of its responsibility area,
• Reporting sales activities exactly on time.
