QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Experience, Education and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences/ Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering degree and/or master degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 7 years experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skillls
  • Strong written and verbal persuasion skills
  • Ability to understand and improve cross-departmental processes in interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work abroad and with a global teams
  • Automotive product management know-how (customer/market analysis, product definition, product positioning, product trim strategy, product feature/content strategy )
  • Product development process management (product catalogue definition, working with design,engineering, R&D teams)
  • Positioning & pricing strategy know-how (price/value analysis, price walk strategy, competition analysis)
  • Commercial structure management know-how (discounts & incentives management)
  • Customer centric mind-set
  • Strategic thinking & planning

Responsibilities:

  • Product life-cycle management (All product planning responsibilities including market & customer preference analysis, building-up long-range product strategies & plans, competition benchmark analysis, pricing analysis, feasibility analysis, setting targets for product features, positioning, cost levels, preparing briefings based on customer preferences and trends, planning & determining product animation actions along product life cycle)
  • Establishing coordination between commercial-engineering-R&D teams, providing customer & market input during product development processes;
  • Demand & sales planning (making industry & segments'  forecasts, periodic market analysis, short-mid-long term sales planning for TOGG model range, sales channel planning)
  • Launch process management of product range (Launch committee management, coordination of all relevant parties across organization, ensuring on time, on budget and on scope product launches);
  • Post-launch product management (performance measurement, market & pricing analysis, pricing & product actions to achieve market share & financial targets)
