QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Purpose of the job

Realizing the advanced support function for the Sales and Operations Team; supporting the Sales Director and the C level in the reporting, process improvements


Desirable knowledge and experience:

  • Experience in commercial analysis and contracts within the IT / Telecoms area.
  • Understanding of the IT / Telecoms market and technologies.


Knowledge and experience required:

  • B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field
  • 3+ years experiences on business analyst positions
  • 2+ year experience on CRM systems, reporting experience is preferred
  • Understanding  of sales process, preferably with custormer servise experience
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing meaningful reporting/dashboards to monitor results and provide insights on sales performance.
  • Very high problem solving and structuring skills, with the ability to simplify complex areas
  • Able to work well independently and within a team
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Visio. SQL skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels of stakeholders
  • Male Candidates, preferably should have no military obligation or deferred for at least 1 year
  • Excellent command of English


Responsibilities:

  • Survey and analysis of business processes and requirements
  • Identify current sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
  • Supporting the C-Level via reporting
  • Regular and ad-hoc reporting for the sales teams (CRM and SQL)
  • Maintain CRM system, occasionally controlling and coordinating CRM Help activities, CRM ticket handlings
  • Taking part in system / process improvement projects, system tests
  • Advanced level CRM support for the entire team, occasionally providing CRM Support
  • Training new employees regarding the internal systems and procedures
  • Manage the queue for CRM ensuring that requests are allocated, attended and resolved within the established SLAs.
  • Support Sales Team via analysis and reporting (i.e. cost modelling, performance analysis, business cases and etc.).
  • Update internal databases as required.
  • Work closely with the sales teams to ensure the correct and efficient development of the Commercial function.
