Qa/Qc E&I Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled QAQC E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Supervisor to join our team at Adana. The ideal candidate will be a Turkish national with extensive experience in quality assurance and control within the electrical and instrumentation discipline, particularly in industrial construction projects, such as PTA (Purified Terephthalic Acid) plants.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all QAQC activities related to electrical and instrumentation systems and equipment throughout the construction phase of the project.
• Develop and implement QAQC procedures, protocols, and inspection plans to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits of electrical and instrumentation installations to identify deviations, non-conformances, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and subcontractor teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of QAQC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance documentation.
• Participate in project meetings, reviews, and audits to communicate QAQC status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QAQC supervision within the electrical and instrumentation discipline, preferably in industrial construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in QAQC activities within construction projects, with a strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems, equipment, and components.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations, including NEC, IEC, IEEE, and ISA standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring quality and compliance throughout the construction process.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and QAQC software tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CQE, CQM, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) will be considered an asset.
