 General Qualifications

• Graduated from Metallurgical and Materials Engineering departments of universities,
• 10 years of experience in automotive industry, preferably in the casting sector, including at least 5 years as a manager, in quality control and quality management systems.
• Knowledge, experience and enable to ensure the control and enable continuity of the system quality management standards IATF 16949 and further relevant standards e.g. ISO 10002, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc..,
• Experienced in Laboratory Management processes and NDT applications.
• Good English verbally and in writing.
• Strong analysis abilities, planning and organizational aspects,
• Strong team work ability, team management and interpersonal communication skills,
• Analytic thinking and method competence in problem solution technologies
• Familiar with MS-Office applications and ERP-system
• Residing or able to reside in Lüleburgaz, Çorlu and/or Tekirdağ.

Job Description

• Effective management of input quality control, process quality control, calibration/verification, tests and other necessary quality processes,
• To monitor the implementation of the decisions taken to determine and initiate corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints and to inform the relevant units,
• To manage system and quality control processes in accordance with the standards in line with the objectives of Quality Management Systems,
• To determine the quality targets with the senior management and to be responsible for the implementation and development of quality management standards within the company by carrying out improvement studies towards these goals,
• Proficient in FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC subjects,
• To ensure the preparation of the company's process and product inspection plans, to implement them and to report the audit results,
• To monitor and analyze quality performance indicators and to manage action follow-up,
• To ensure that actions are planned for target indicators.
