QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree from a reputable university, (preferably Engineering, Business Administration and Economy related fields)
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Import-Export, Customs-Logistics fields,
- Excellent command of English,
- Analytical mind, good communication skills with customer-oriented approach,
- Organized with timely and assertive follow up skills,
- A problem solver who is comfortable contacting different parts of the organization and escalating issues where appropriate,
- Having the ability to work systematically and regularly,
- Prone to teamwork and cooperation,
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively,
- Residence in Istanbul (Anatolian Side) or Kocaeli,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- SAP knowledge is an asset,
- No restriction to domestic/overseas business trip,
- No military obligation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Successful candidates will be;
- Responsible for department’s supply chain activities which is including preparing quotation, taking customer orders, cooperation with Suppliers, transportation and distribution, procurement, inventory control and import & export related activities,
- Responsible for Sales activities, understanding Customer needs and developing suitable solutions,
- Providing administrative support to machine/line installation projects including Supervisor care,
- Building up and maintaining customer inquiry & ordering data related to Machinery and its spare parts,
- Making and controlling the credit limit applications by using the related programs,
- Responsible for tracking and resolving overdue payments and overdue stocks,
- Preparing the Department’s Sales & Purchasing data and reporting to his/her superior.
