QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Teknotel Telekom performs the Internet, Data Center, Cloud, Hosting and Infrastructure provider functions of Teknotel Group, which has been leading the telecommunication sector in Turkey for over 30 years. Teknotel Telekom provides integrated access solutions to meet organizations requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree,
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Affairs Specialist or Secretary roles,
  • Experience in official correspondences with government agencies,
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English,
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications,
  • Self-disciplined, well-organized and detail-oriented personality,
  • Open to learning and problem solver,
  • Ability to handle simultaneous tasks and confidential issues.
  • Effective communication skills and a professional attitude,
  • Self-disciplined, well-organized and detail-oriented personality,
  • Interpersonal skills, punctuality, strong work ethics and excellent time management skills,
  • Teamworker, dynamic and responsible,
  • Resident in Istanbul Asian Side,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing phone calls and correspondence in and out of the office (e-mail, letters, packages, meetings etc.),
  • Creating spreadsheets and presentations and filing in necessary cases,
  • Responsible for document tracking, filling and archiving,
  • Organizing promotion activities,
  • Tracking post, courier and cargo,
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required. (domestic & foreign),
  • Assisting and organizing the schedule of the managers who he/she responsible for,
