Cooking Appliances & Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Develops and executes comprehensive product strategies for cooking and small domestic appliances.
- Conducts market research to identify consumer trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies, translating insights into actionable product plans.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to drive product development from conception to launch.
- Defines product specifications, features, and pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with target market needs and company objectives.
- Manages the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to commercialization and post-launch analysis.
- Monitors product performance metrics, sales trends, and customer feedback to optimize market share and profitability.
- Stays current on industry regulations, standards, and certifications, ensuring compliance in product development and marketing activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 3 years of product management experience in consumer appliances, specifically cooking appliances and small domestic appliances.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape in the appliances sector.
- Proven track record in product launch and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset, skilled in market research, data analysis, and financial modeling.
- Passionate about product innovation and customer experience.
- Excellent command of English and superior communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration across diverse teams.
