MECHANIC WORKS PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a Mechanic Works Project Manager having the following qualifications to be employed in our company for our projects. Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:

• University degree (BS/MS) in Mechanical Engineering (former work experience in a general contracting company or investor company is a must);
• Minimum 10 years experience on international industrial plant projects, factories, petro chemical projects, and power plant projects
• Excellent organization and teamwork skills. Proven success in contributing team oriented environment. Self oriented, disciplined, and well organized
• Excellent knowledge in Autocad, MS Office and MS Project softwares
• Familiar with demanding and strict HSE requirements
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), German language skill is a plus
• Good communication skills and well-motivated
• No obstacle to travel other countries and stay there long term

Job Description:

• Managing entire project scheduling programme, provide a good monitoring, Critical Path Analysis, Earned Value Analysis and mapping of all major milestones for all mechanical activities
• Regularly review the contractor’s and subcontractors’ schedules as compared to master schedule and provide comments for corrective and recovery actions regarding with contract compliance
• Coordinates construction subcontractors and is responsible for a designated area and for the mechanical works package;
• Ensures that the construction works are undertaken by subcontractors according to time schedule as directed;
• Analyzes technical documentation and technical solutions – solving current problems on site;
• Participates in the daily coordination site-visits and weekly technical meetings;
• Supervises and implements the EHS regulations by ensuring that safety best practices are implemented on all site activities.
• Ability to review claims, variation orders, Interim Payment Certificates, schedule forecasting and provide forensic delay analysis
• Generating Daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Presenting schedule updates to senior management and client at project level
