We are looking for a highly motivated "Senior Corporate Communications Specialist" for our Head Quarter office to strengthen our Corporate Communications Department.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from the departments of Communication Sciences, Advertising, New Media, and Public Relations from reputable universities
• Min 5 years of experience in Corporate Communications or Marketing Communication
• Experience in digital marketing and social media account management, content planning
• Proficiency in defining communication strategy, creating summaries, and reporting
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office is required, SAP experience is preferable
• High standards of accuracy, being proficient at working to tight deadlines and under pressure, and being able to prioritize tasks
• Self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, friendly, eager to learn, and to take on new challenges. Values personal appearance
• Team player, result-oriented with solid planning and organization skills (event, fair, and conference organization)
• Ability to solve problems, think analytically, question, research, and be open to positivity and innovation
• Strong presentation, representation, communication, influencing, and persuasion skills. Successful in human relations
• Result-oriented and good time management
• Flexibility in working hours and no travel restrictions. Being able to travel abroad, when necessary
• For male candidates, military service must be completed
• Resides in the Anatolian/ Europe side of Istanbul

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Managing and monitoring agency relationships (creative, media purchasing, PR, and digital agencies) accurately and effectively
• Coordinating all communication activities related to fairs with relevant teams
• Organizing fairs, events, product launches, etc.
• Conducting market research in the renewable energy sector, collecting, analyzing, and reporting the data
• Managing website content and tracking all workflow processes
• Collaborating with other departments to position the fairs in the national and global markets
• Ensuring the effective execution of marketing activities
• Managing third-party relations with advertising, PR, media purchasing, event, digital, and social media agencies
• Working with other departments/business units to provide content and/or comms tools for their business purposes (Customer letters, presentations, speeches, announcements, etc)
• Supporting the delivery of press releases, media relations content, executive interviews, and speaking proposals
• Preparing/controlling press releases/bulletins for events and organizations
• Supporting PR plans and activities regarding sustainability and projects
