Job Description

During your assignments, you will develop broad financial and communication skills. You will collaborate with Sistem Global diverse organization gather data, perform analyses, and prepare projects. You will participate in market research, financial modelling, investment feasibility projects, strategic planning projects, and M&A projects. You will conduct market, industry, and company research studies and you will prepare client reports and presentations.

You are expected to analyze and verify financial data and product/service information received from the clients. You will develop your qualifications in analysing financial statements/projections, building financial models, valuation and running sensitivities, and preparing investment feasibility reports. You are expected to prepare project presentations on Investor Decks, Financial Models, Feasibility Reports, Market Research, and Teasers and to prepare Information Memorandums, LOI, NDA’s, and agreements.

The ability to establish relationships with counterparts and interact with top management of the client/investors is expected from the candidates.

Qualifications ;

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Business Management, Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,
• Experience in the aforementioned job description for more than 4 years and strong technical capabilities and knowledge in business process,
• Advanced Turkish & English communication skills, both written & verbal,
• Proficiency in preparing project presentations,
• The ability to prepare market research & analysis reports,
• The ability to comprehend financial models for feasibility and valuation,
• Strong analytical mind-set with demonstrated skills or eagerness to learn job-related skills in financial statement analysis, financial modelling, enterprise valuation, market research & analysis, market intelligence, investment feasibility, strategic planning, investment strategies,
• Demonstrates leadership in the field of study, extra-curricular activities, or service organizations.
