     JOB DESCRIPTION

• Investigate in main KPI deviations to understand the root cause, develop corrective action plans and follow up on their execution and results.
• Come up with improvement projects to lead and implement driving improvements in the plants as part of the scope. 
• Organize the forecasting and budgeting process for industrial operations within the market in the scope of respective plants.
• Lead and support projects in automatization (e.g. operations, IT) process rebuilding and software improvements.
• Map and validate specifics in the plants to increase benchmark accuracy
• Provide assistance to plant locations in identifying and validating projects resulting in added profit or cost savings based on insight from KPIs and benchmarking exercises.
• Ensure proper OPEX vs. CAPEX classification and proper classification by capex purpose
• Provide capex tracking reports to ensure visibility on spend, forecast, adherence to budget, timeline and any issues that requiring action

     QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in financial reporting/control, ideally with industrial reporting background
• Good understanding of industrial operations and costs 
• Experience in preparing management reports and meetings for decision making 
• Strong focus in continous improvement of processes
• Ability to analyse large and complex data and to extract simple actionable insights
• Ability to travel to the plants in the market 
• Good knowledge of excel, SAP and web based reporting system
• Experience in implementing new IT systems
• Fluent in English
