HSE Engineer

As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "HSE Engineer" with below requirements for our client operating in FMCG sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree  with additional professional qualifications in HSE Management,
• Experienced in ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System,
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar position in construction of industrial plants, especially production facilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills,
• Good interpersonal skills including the ability to work as a part of a team,
• Minimum C-Level HSE certificate is required,
• Willing to reside in Balıkesir,
• Willing to work at night shift when is required.
• The job will be contract based.

Qualifications

• Execute HSE procedures, guidelines and standards within the country level in line with legal regulations,
• Development of strategies in order to reduce operational HSE risks,
• Manages Job Hazard Analysis and the investigation of employee concerns, injuries, HSE incidents, and Employee Observation/Near Misses,
• Execute all initial accident/near miss investigations and audits corrective actions to closure,
• Experienced in method statement and work permit procedures.
