Trade Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist for our Marketing Team based in Istanbul headquarter. She/he will execute all trade-marketing activities analyzing the growth and development of the various channels while defining and implementing a trade marketing strategy and ensuring different channel’s alignment. She/he will also support key cross-functional internal processes, such as Sales and Customer Service, while keeping contact with Regional Marketing Team and headquarters’ project teams.

MAIN ACTIVITIES 

• Supporting channel management: analysis, strategy implementation, reporting to define trade marketing actions such as promotions and loyalty campaigns
• Ensuring a dynamic interaction with sales team, supervising and managing all sales promotional activities
• Managing all cooperation projects between the company and the customers
• Developing, presenting, realizing and reporting trade marketing yearly promotional strategy and plan
• Delivering all promotional activity steps: analysis, launch, follow up and closing from supplier to client and end user
• Managing the production of BTL material related to promotional activities with suppliers, focusing on improving time to market, coordinating all logistic actions
• Presenting, budgeting, executing and reporting all promotional activities related to clients while monitoring promotional activities in the market
• Gathering and building information from different type of sources to understand market trends, competition, channel and customer strategy
• Coordinating and supporting events and meetings targeting clients or end users
• Running monthly/ad hoc reporting to support sales team
• Analyzing and following clients’ KPIs, tracking promo effectiveness for strategic customers and exploiting opportunities to improve ROI
• Supporting geo-marketing activities with market strategy and reporting while adopting global guidelines at local level

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics and Industrial Engineering and related departments.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing especially automotive sector experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English (writing, listening, speaking).
  
• Good knowledge of SAP related modules 
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (exp. Excel).
• Excellent management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment.
