Product Development Specialist

One of the leading company in cosmetics industry in Turkey, we are looking for a teammate as a ''Product Development Specialist''.

 General Qualifications:

-Preferably with minimum 4 years of experience in the cosmetics industry

-Proficient in cosmetic product contents and regulations

-Advanced proficiency of English both written and spoken

-Graduate of a 4 year university program

-Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally

-Follow, understand and improve processes across different departments

-Maintain analytical, innovative, solution-oriented and strong communication skills

-Have high creativity and research skills

-Must have planning and coordination skills

-Proficient in using MS Office programs

-Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

-Possession of a B-class driver's license and the ability to drive

-Residing in Maslak or nearby areas on theEuropean side of Istanbul

Key Accountabilities:

-Identify new business areas and design corresponding product development strategies

-Classify and report on products aligned with the company's growth targets; aiming to increase market share in consideration of evolving market conditions, variations in consumer demands, and current market needs

-Work with other teams and departments to create and improve new (and existing) products, ensuring they proceeds according to plans

-Monitor the start of product production, ensuring consistency, quality and physical standardization

-Conduct supplier research during the initial phase of product development, establish purchasing conditions and report to the relevant departments

-Track, analyze and report market trends and competitors

-Have experience in all stages of creating new and existing products

-Follow and keep updated on new packaging technologies of new and existing products
