• Management of AGRO Logistics and MOH Budget
• Actively manage potato freight operation
• Tracking & reporting supplier's performance.
• AGRO transportation and Moh scorecard the critical follow-up and development of KPIs
• Ensuring the necessary reports are issued to Operation teams, Supply Chain and Logistics teams within a timely manner.
• To ensure effective management of supplier relationships and contract duration.
• Execution and management of existing transport agreements with raw material suppliers
• Create and manage productivity projects related to logistics and Moh, support productivity agenda.
• Ensuring the right organization structure for Logistics department.
• Managing all risks within the project to ensure it can be delivered on time and within budget - deciding when and how to escalate these risks if they become issues to the leadership team
• Support Lean agenda of the Agro logistics operation
• Participate project meetings with the TSDK (weekly)
• Resolving conflict within the cross-functional team, with the ability to cut through to overall business need rather than functional need
• Supporting role for volume distribution negotiations between Agro, operation and planning.
• Supporting the preparation of Potato Chips category reports including cost, efficiency, scorecard, etc. for Agro warehouses
• Ensuring efficient transportation runs on Potato and seed category
• Communication with financial planning team related AOP & SBP studies and forecasting process
• Reporting, AOP & SBP figures, Agro accruals in the period closing, and monthly agro inventory reconciliation.
• Reporting monthly of Agro Moh budget variances
