GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION:

• We are looking for a colleague to work in the position of "Software Development Manager" at our software company.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

• A minimum of 8 years of software development and management experience.

• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and programming languages.

• Minimum B2 level of proficiency in English,

• Flexibility about business trips.

• To have an understanding of software architecture issues and to be able to interpret technical designs.

• Ability to effectively manage the software development team, plan resources, and manage performance for the successful completion of projects.

• Working meticulously in compliance with coding standards, debugging, and testing processes.

• Demonstrating effective leadership in crises for the rapid identification of problems, taking urgent measures, and sustainability of the project process.

Job Description:

• Organize and manage the software development process to distribute it properly.
  

• Ensure development teams have the necessary tools, resources, and technologies.

• Guiding and mentoring software developers on technical expectations and providing leadership.

• Monitoring and reporting the performance of the development team regularly.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, partners, and customers about project status and progress.

• Identifying and managing risks and issues throughout the product lifecycle by generating appropriate solutions.

• Working closely with business analysis and product management teams to ensure software projects are successfully tested and launched.

• Establishing and maintaining software development best practices, standards, and processes.
