Maintenance Coordinator

As Novartis Technical Operations, we are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator that will be responsible from the following processes:

Job Description:

• Ensure all planned and unplanned maintenance activities according to the TPM standards
• Take part in root cause analyses for all breakdowns
• Coordinate the preventive actions for recurrent and long lasting breakdowns
• Embed continuous improvement culture among the technicians
• Ensure compliance with industrial standards and GMP guidelines
• Supervise the change over operations for production equipment to improve productivity of equipment
• Ensure sharing and leverage of best practices and expertise within the Novartis engineering community
• Support and apply implementation of the technology strategy and the approved equipment standards and project execution standards

Minimum Requirements;

• Strong engineering background, preferably in mechanical& electrical engineering or related fields
• Minimum 2-3 years experience on maintenance and repair
• Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
• Problem solving and analysis skills
• Team working and customer oriented mindset
• Good understanding of GxP knowledge
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
