QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist (Temporary) for Fresenius Medical Care - Antalya Plant.  Join Fresenius Medical Care and be part of shaping the future of the company, as part of a dynamic team! 


Responsibilities 

  • Performing full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, 
  • Maintaining and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions 
  • Conducting interviews via phone or in-person 
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews 
  • Serving as contact person for questions from candidates 
  • Sourcing applicants, screen resumes, interview, and assess candidates to provide qualified candidates to hiring managers 
  • Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure timely production of appropriate documentation and approval 
  • Negotiating candidate offers 
  • Ensuring all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process 
  • Managing relationships with search firms/agencies to drive timely and thorough sourcing of high quality, diverse candidate pool as well as participate in diversity recruiting events and activities 
  • Working closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process. Driving or taking part in various recruitment projects and initiatives

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience 
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken 
  • Having competence and experience working with international teams 
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience working with Microsoft programs 
  • High-energy and passion 
  • Demonstrated experience with hires 
  • Knowledge of search and direct hiring 
  • Ability to source talent through social media channels and other networking activities 

Preferred Candidate

More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
