We are looking for Operation Executive, to be assigned in our Forum Mersin Mall.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from the Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Departments of universities.
• Min in the field. 3 years of experience,
• Preferably with shopping mall and retail industry experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good level of English
• Strong communication, solution-oriented, analytical
• High organizational and planning skills, able to manage many projects simultaneously.
• Preferably have an Energy Management certificate
• Residing/able to reside in Mersin.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Effectively and sustainably manage facility systems such as HVAC, wet/dry fire extinguishing, fire detection, smoke evacuation, emergency equipment.
• Making daily maintenance programs, monthly / annual maintenance plans and corrective action plans and tracking the realizations, creating and managing the relevant budgets
• Electricity, water, gas etc. Ensuring appropriate consumption of energy resources and constantly improving savings opportunities
• Coordinating and supervising Technical & Business service suppliers and vendors
• Being responsible for OHS issues.
