Summary

We are looking  for a new Business Development  and Projects Specialist (Air Cargo)  to join our  team in the Izmir  area reporting to the Business Development  and Projects  Manager.

You will play a vital role in our Business Development and Projects department to help drive the retention and growth of current and new customers by enhancing and broaden relationships. As a responsible counterpart of our customers’ logistics solutions, you will work closely with other departments.

We are looking for candidates with these competencies and technical knowledge

·         Graduated from the  bachelor / master degree departments of universities,

·         Experience in air freight sales & marketing,

·         Good English communication skills (verbal and written) is a must,

·         Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs,

·         Having a  driving license and ability to travel,

·         Should be presentable and have a strong  verbal and written skills which is the ability of represent,

·         Analytical thinking, result oriented and customer  focused approach for a competitive environment,

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  with an aptitude for building strong and long-term client relationships,

What does a Business Development and Projects Specialist (Air Cargo) do?

·         Analyzing market and customer needs,

·         Assisting with strategic planning and help with implementation,

·         Participating  in identifying, screening, evaluating and developing business development projects and lead them to success,

·         Developing all products of MSC Group and ensuring coordination with customers in line with commercial targets,

·         Tracking and entering the tenders of big companies that work periodically / project based,

·         Carrying out customer visits & calls and reporting them.
