We are looking a "PRODUCT SPECIALIST" for our company's PC and Notebook Business Unit who will effectively plan, organize, execute, coordinate, finalize and supervise the product decision, order request, foreign supply process, stock tracking operations required for the success of product supply activities at the targeted time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Having Bacherlor's degree from relevant departments of Universities
• Having at least 3 years of experience in a similar job
• Having advanced knowledge of English for written and verbal communication
• Having knowledge and experience about global markets
• Having the ability and desire to represent the company and its products with knowledge and experience
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Having analytical and creative thinking ability and problem solving competence
• Having strong planning and organizational skills
• Having regular, follow-up and strong reporting skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Requests product samples from manufacturers to determine the products to be supplied.
• Tests product samples coming from suppliers together with the technical team and decides whether the sample is compatible with the product supply.
• Takes an active role in new product/brand launch processes and follows up the tasks of the departments.
• Submits the order of the products to be supplied as a request to the manufacturer, with the approval of the finance department.
• Determines the company's target deadlines and ensures that the products to be produced are ready in accordance with the deadlines.
• Communicates with the supplier in line with the product packaging and branding instructions received from the marketing team and ensures that branding requests are smoothly included in the production process.
• Checks the marking approval request received from the supplier company and ensures its approval.
• Transmits the technical specification information of the product to be supplied to the marketing department.
• Follows up product stock and creates a regular weekly stock tracking report and presents it to the top manager.
• Makes product needs analysis and decides the transportation type of the products to be supplied together with the top manager.
• Forwards the account statement sharing to the Finance and Financial Affairs department for the accounting reconciliation process between the manufacturer and MONSTER. Shares payment information with the supplier company as a receipt.
• Sends weekly product cost reports and daily stock reports to the top manager,
• Constantly follows technological developments and reports to the top manager,
• Makes regular manufacturer visits together with his/her senior manager and participates in fair organizations.
• Follows up the operational processes and reports to the manager.
