QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related fields (such as; Human Resources, Business, Labor Economics, Industrial Engineering, Psychology/Sociology etc.)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources/Employee Relations roles (preferably with international exposure)
- In-dept knowledge about Microsoft Office programs
- Experience on SAP (HR) ERP System
- In-dept knowledge on labor law and preferably employment equity regulations
- Fluent in spoken and written English (Korean language is a plus)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and active learning skills
- Strong planning, organization, problem solving and data management skills

Job Description
- Being a part of HR Operations, Employee Relations and Administrative Affairs,
- Schedule related meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with Turkish labor laws and regulations
- Conducting onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
- Coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Manage Employee Referral Program, Performance Evaluation Processes and related roles of HR
- Actively conducting employee branding projects and events, develop and maintain a positive employee relation environment,
- Acting as a key point of contact for the related departments on core Human Resources processes of Employee Relations (ER) and programs
- Handling Employee Relations issues, providing guidance and resolutions as needed
- Managing recruitment processes, include sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Work closely with leaders to understand experience on payroll and accrual processes
- Experience on salary calculations, payroll, monthly payroll summary and reports accounting records
- Support other processes of human resources, data’s, related budget and actuals,
- Keep HR Data and ensure that correct source of master data exists for each HR Process
