PROJECT FINANCE MANAGER

We are looking for a "Project Finance Manager" for our client. Our client is one of the leading energy companies in Turkey operating at a global scale.

QUALIFICATIONS

·      Defining, monitoring, and ensuring adherence to client requests for key analysis projects including Fnancial analysis, Financial Strategy & Modelling, Valuation, Feasibility studies, Restructuring advisory;

·       Describe the value proposition of our Project Finance services to both internal and external parties in simple terms;

·      Improvement of business processes and support of critical business strategies;

·       Oversee transition of project budget from award to implementation to ensure a smooth handover to project analyst;

·       Price and cost tracking of projects;

·       Make profitability calculations and profitability analyses;

·       Support contract management in the development of the financial section in the contract.

REQUIREMENTS

·       University degree, preferably in finance or business administration combined with sound knowledge in finance and accounting

     At least 10 years of work experience in a similar position, including 3 years in management

·       Experience in a similar role and environment, e.g. project finance controller, and/or experience in supporting management and leadership by providing insight, analysis and financial results for review

·       Excellent verbal and written language skills in English

·       Solid working knowledge of MS Office programs - Excel, Access and PowerPoint

·       Ability to communicating with various levels within an organization

·       Excellent skills in solving problems, making decisions, and resolving conflicts

·       Understanding of contractual and commercial aspects, and process and internal control systems

·       Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
