We are looking for a teammate for the "IT Project Lead” position at IPEKYOL GROUP head office.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A graduate of Engineering Faculties (Preferably Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering)

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP software (Preferably in the retail sector)

·       Proficient in process management and system analysis

·       Proficient in MS Office programs

·       Knowledgeable in project management

·       Proficient in English

·       Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Facilitating communication between the Information Technology department and the users in the responsible units

·       Gathering Information Technology requests from units and providing support in prioritization

·       Analyzing internal customer needs, generating solution proposals based on requirements

·       Participating in Information Technology projects, managing projects

·       Providing or ensuring the provision of Information Technology application support at targeted levels in processes

·       Conducting necessary reporting and documentation for projects and supported issues

·       Tracking the work of third-party companies involved in Information Technology tasks or projects

·       Presenting Information Technology changes and innovations to the management team by keeping up with developments in the field.
