We are looking for Database Administrators for our Istanbul Office to be responsible for supporting development processes of IASDB which is a database system produced by our company.

This highly motivating position will be responsible for:

• Supporting & Performing research and development activities to create new features that will add value to IASDB which is our own database platform (a fork of PostgreSQL)
• Carrying out the maintenance/optimization tasks and processes of IASDB and IASDB databases
• Shaping the project and to guide the project team based on their knowledge and experience in the projects carried out by the team.

The ideal candidate have the qualifications below:

• Graduate degree in Computer Engineering or related areas
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in database administration, installation and upgrade
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of SQL
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on database performance and SQL Query tuning
• Experience on Oracle or PostgreSQL administration and optimization
• Knowledge on in-memory database technologies is a plus
• Fluency in English
  
• No military service obligation
