Quality Specialist

Qualifications

-       Bachelor’s degree in a related field

-       Having at least 4-5 years of experience (Experience in the automotive sector will be a plus)

-       Knowing English at a good level

-       Advanced level of MS Office programs

-       Anticipating problems or improving existing practices

-       Driving actively

-       No military obligation for male candidates

-       Preferably having taken part in IATF 16949 ISO 45001 audits

Job Description

-       To follow quality activities in order to realize quality processes in accordance with customer 

        expectations

Duties and Responsibilities

-       Carrying out quality control studies

-       Observing the quality problems encountered in the processes and checking the improvements 

        that need to be made in the processes

-       Working actively and reporting on raw material control and acceptance, process control, final 

        control processes

-       To track, inform and report non-conforming raw materials

-       Tracking and reporting non-conforming and suspicious products

-       To ensure that production is stopped in order to prevent the formation of non-conforming 

         products and that production is restarted after the non-conformity is corrected

-       Carrying out Scrap product tracking and analysis (internal ppm)

-       Making customer visits to identify and solve quality problems encountered by the customer.

-       To follow up on actions to take measures regarding customer complaints.

-       Following up customer complaints,

-       Tracking and reporting returned products

-       Supporting MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP studies

-       Supporting Customer PPM, Supplier PPM and External PPM monitoring

-       Supporting process audits in internal audits of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 systems
