Our company founded in 1948, in Switzerland and has been internationally active in grain and fertilizers. We employ more than 5000 people worldwide and annually sell ten million tons of fertilizers, ten million tons of grains and sizeable volumes of petrochemicals. We have regional offices on all five continents.

• Provide a high level of support to the General Manager and to the operational department.
• Provide total administrative and scheduling support while managing the day-to-day foreign trade operations of the Manager.                                 
• Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Following up vessel's and containers schedule when doing import and export operations
• Conducting business research and preparing presentations.
• Work with other members of the head office team to share and promote best practice and build strong sense of team.
• Daily connection with other offices all over the World

Qualifications

• 4 years university degree ( Business Administration, International Relations,International Trade, Foreign Trade)
• At least 3 years work experience, import, export and vessel chartering is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language, second language as German or French is preferable,
• Good planning, organisational and administrative skills
• Proactive, and open-minded personality, ability and willingness to learn,
• Competent and comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
