QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Details of the Position:

  • Lead the online marketing campaigns & promotion executions,
  • Driving creativity & innovation through campaign executions,
  • Develop a full understanding of the marketing ecosystem (marketing plans, campaign plans, social media, digital marketing, CRM etc.), tools and key levers to activate them,
  • Provide assistance in the analysis of data from key campaigns to then create, share & grow best practice scenarios,
  • Exploiting and monitor key KPI's (sales, engagement, conversion, traffic, share of visibility, etc.),
  • Turning insights into customized action plans for all parties based on analytics. Identify trends and opportunities,
  • Coordinate action plan execution with anticipation across all stakeholders internally and externally,
  • Coordinatibg and assist in creating and curating content across all channels. (Marketing assets, Campaign KVs, Banners, Social Media Content, CRM content, Copywriting, Visual assets…),
  • Monitoring on a daily basis your KPI’s for successful implementation and fast corrective actions,
  • Communicating effectively and clearly to all key stakeholders (internally/externally),
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from creative, content, copywriting, sales, IT and production to all marketing, logistics, finance and legal teams,
  • Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions,
  • Developing schedules and maintain deadlines in a fast-moving, global e-commerce environment,
  • Monitoring affiliate activity, analyze performance and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenue
  • Evaluating the success of campaigns completed. Delivering regular marketing reports.

      Requirements of the Position:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in 360 degrees marketing, gained from working in e-Commerce, Global Retail, or Fashion would be preferred.
  • Proficient in data-driven digital marketing & media background, familiar with major e-commerce or retail platforms, demonstrated expertise conversion optimization.
  • Proactive, energetic, self-starter with a hands-on approach to the business and result oriented.
  • Highly collaborative, solution-driven, and good communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal) is a must, Turkish language proficiency would be preferred and other languages ( Arabic, German, French) are plus.
