• Managing all export sales activities of organization and ensure achievement of all export sales targets.
• Forecasting sales volume for various projects and maintain knowledge on all product range.
• Perform regular visits to all sites.
• Analyzing all market intelligence reports and identify all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient sales portfolio.
• Follows up the orders, stock status, dispatching and payments of all the customers, monitors and organizes the sales process by working in coordination with planning, production and logistics.
• Monitoring and collecting customers’ current accounts in the context of debt & receivables.
• Follow all export market rules and regulations to mitigate all risks and design operations.
• Support oversea exhibitions or sales marketing activities. 
• . Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading
• Negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements
• Develop and maintain export databases, records and reports
• Address customer inquiries and complaints

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant departments of universities, chemist, chemical engineer.
• Good command of English.Proven sales achievement / track record in Export Sales.Wide knowledge in exportation, customs and shipping standards and processes.
• Having strong analytical and communicationn skills.Strong team player, with high energy, disciplined and result oriented.
• Male candidates must have completed military service and active driving experience with license B.
• Who lives in Istanbul Eurpean side or willing to relocate.
