• Graduated from the Engineering / Economics / Business Administration departments of reputable universities
• Preferably with 3 years of work experience
• Previous and relevant experience in marketing, consulting is a plus 
• Advanced verbal and written knowledge of English
• Strong Excel reporting and analysis skills 
• Strong PowerPoint Presentation skills 
• Ability to conduct detailed data analysis (market, sales, customer) and determine actions based on analysis 
• Extremely diligent with a high attention to detail
• Desire to work in a dynamic, result-oriented environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with senior leadership.

We are looking for “Strategic Planning and Business Development Specialist” who can work in our FLO Retail.

• Assist formulating strategies in line with corporate goals and expectations,
• Work closely with market research team and conduct independent research to support generation of intelligence on markets and competitors,
• Support all phases of the business development initiatives including market expansion, new channel development, profitability improvement, brand acquisition etc.,
• Create financial models and presentations to assess new opportunities,
• Play an active role in prioritized corporate projects and collaborate with senior and mid management team,
• Develop metrics for effective business performance management,
• Coordinate the strategic planning process, and ensure that the strategy is translated into operational priorities, KPIs, goals and initiatives and cascaded within the organization,
• Ensure consolidation, harmonization and activation of business plans,
• Support the implementation of strategic plan and organize strategic performance reviews,
• Meet corporate presentation and report requests of stakeholders,
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
