Qualifications

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Graduation from related departments of universities (i.e. Accounting/Economics/Finance or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance departments (preferably in a global company)
• Experience in pharmaceutical sector would be an advantage
• Experienced in IFRS and Management reporting
• Good knowledge of Turkish tax regulations and Turkish GAAP
• Good command of internal control processes
• Advanced knowledge in SAP-FI/SD/MM modules usage
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment
• Excellent use of Microsoft Excel
• Improved reporting, analytical skills
• Analytical, diligent and accountable
• Eager to learn, good team player
• Positive thinking skills, attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure and to work with flexible working hours if necessary

Job Description

• Performing finance operations of Türkiye and remotely Middle East organization
• Performing daily, monthly and yearly accounting tasks and projects
• Reviewing accounting/financial activities, analyzing results and coordinating journal entries
• Ensuring timeliness, quality, completeness of all financial and accounting transactions and reporting
• Coordinating and managing all tax declarations
• Supporting the preparation of monthly reporting packages in line with IFRS requirements
• Following internal audit requirements and take necessary actions where required
• Providing support to other issues related to accounting, external audit and reporting
• Preparing Transfer Pricing documentation and notification
• Coordinating of R&D Center related tasks and incentives
• Managing relationships with tax, external and internal auditors
