Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• 1-3 years of experience in quality and processes, No military obligation for male candidates
• Anatolian side (close to the company if possible)
• No restrictions on domestic and international travel

Job Description

• Assure product quality offered to the customer being compliant with related international  standards and/or datasheets
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Quality Metric Process tracking, reporting, comparison and analysis,
• Responsible for process’ and supplier’s quality measuring and controlling the performance with KPIs.
• Manage all customer claims with 8D type root cause analysis, creating action plans and reporting.
• Lead and coordinate with related departments to solve day to day quality problems.
• Collaborate with various departments including R&D, product management, sales, logistics, technical support
• Working by the principles of continuous improvement of the process of quality and efficiency,
