Financial Reporting and Planning Specialist

For our growing team, we are looking for enthusiastic team members to take an active role as a Financial Reporting And Planning Specialist 

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or closely related fields,
• Have minimum 3-5 years experience at independent audit firms or Financial Reporting & Planning at similar companies.
• Written and oral fluency in English,
• Strong knowledge of accounting in accordance with IFRS/TFRS and auditing in accordance with ISA/BDS and good understanding of IFRS/TMS reporting
• Professional knowledge of ERP Programs (preferably SAP),
• Professional knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point),
• Strong facilitation, presentation, reporting and research skills,
• Self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment,
• Result driven approach,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to details and high sense of responsibility, 
• Completed military service for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to Financial Reporting and Planning Manager, Financial Reporting and Consolidation Specialist will be mainly responsible for IFRS coordination will be as follows:

• Work in close relationship with External Auditors and the reporting team of Group Companies,
• Provide guidance and supervision to related departments on accounting and reporting issues,
• Ensure accurate, high quality IFRS adjustments according to IFRS and Group requirements,
• Reviewing financial statements in accordance with UFRS/Local Tax Accounting,
• Preparing financial reports and notes according to UFRS,
• Follow up the Group updates on accounting policies and assess the effects on our financials, communicate those effects to related parties,
• Assist the consolidation process including the recording of consolidating entries, reconciliation of intercompany and investment in subsidiary transactions,
• Coordinate additional reporting activities if required,
• Managing the relations  and give support to external audit companies,
• Produce group financial reporting to senior management within deadlines,
• Preparing quarterly/year-end audit reports,
• Provide explanations and analytical review of group financials,
• Take active role in planning & budgeting process.
