Procurement Operator

EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for Procurement Operator to support our growing local and international business in Procurement & SCM Department.

• Graduated from Engineering or Business Administration departments of Universities. 
• At least 1- 2 years of experience in a similar position,
• Knowledge of SAP ERP (S4HANA) or other software related to inventory planning is preferred,
• Good command of MS Office Applications, (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables etc.)
• Experience in process improvement initiative,
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all team,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Residing in Istanbul Anatolian side or Kocaeli Gebze/ Çayırova/ Darıca/Izmit.

Job Description

• Triggers purchase orders for info records stored in the system,
• Verifies and enters order confirmations (quantities and delivery date). If necessary, adjusts the order quantity and delivery data,
• If the order confirmation is released by the commodity buyer, adjust the purchase order,
• Verifies the invoices (quantity variance) and releases them if necessary,
• Tracks the deliveries (dunning if necessary),
• Ensures compliance with OTD and a low stock level,
• Executes the intercompany order including deposit of the info record,
• Forwards and tracks Q-notifications internally with quality assurance and externally to the supplier.
