IDEAL PROFILE:

• University degree from Computer Engineering or related department
• Minimum 4 years work experience as a Software Developer in OTT domain / video streaming and keeping up with the latest developments in the industry.
• Strong understanding of online video streaming systems and OTT video delivery for both live and non-live content types, DRM schemes, content management systems (CMS) and other back-end platform components, encoding products and CDN delivery, and player technologies / OTT platforms.
• Have been involved in business model analysis, database design, application architecture design and development of at least 1 Enterprise application
• Experience in software languages and software development environments (C++, C # [.NET, MVC, Core], Python and SOAP Web Service)
• Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills
• Conflict Management Skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced level of verbal and written English

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Woking on Content Protection Operations
• Software development and integrations on OTT content protection systems (DRM, CAS, watermarking and operational tools)-Software development and integrations in compliance with security standards, performance criteria, and business objectives
• To ensure that business models are implemented in encryption / DRM systems according to the needs of internal customers
• Keeping OTT content protection system components and services updated
• Maintaining availability standards for OTT content protection systems
• Supervise Content Protection Operations Software Development Team
• Code review and make sure developed code complies security standards, performance criteria, and business objectives
• Make sure content protection requirements applied at all platforms on ott content (beinconnect, tod, subscription, vod, download and play)
• Taking necessary actions against piracy attempts on protected content, develop new software to faciliate operation
