About the job

General Qualifications

• University degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a Medical Field,
• Min 1+ years of experience in Marketing, product or brand management (medical device sector will be a plus)
• Willing to build a career in medical device sector,
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
• Advanced computer skills and strong familiarity with the web (MS Office, related Web Portals)
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work,
• Analytical thinking and follow up ability,
• Good communication, coordination, convincing and representing skills,
• Good planning and organizing skills,
• Military service completed for the male candidates,
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

Job Description

• Open to learn Clinical information about Da Vinci Robotic Surgery,
• Being able to take an active role in the operating room in content production such as webinars and video shooting,
• Coordinated work with logistics in congress and organizations,
• Prepare annual and longer-term marketing plans,
• Diagnose and analyze brand, market and competitors through gathering competitive information, identifying drivers and refining segmentation according to customer needs.
• Develop brand marketing plans by integrating global roadmap with local needs.
• Plan, allocate and manage marketing budget relating to all marketing activities.
• Manage marketing process with customers
• Coordinate all marketing advertising and promotional materials,
• Manage all marketing tools (email marketing, data entry, website updates, e-newsletter etc.),
• Work on pricing on fixed and variable price products,
• Collaborate with the sales functions
• Responsible for registering new products in the product tracking system
• Support marketing activities and campaigns for the clients,
• Manage, follow up, and analyze customer complaints and make report for the high-level management,
• Prepare online marketing campaigns and manage launch events for the new products,
• Produce social media content for company and manage company account.
