QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial or Management Engineering and/or a related field of study.
Minimum 5 years experience in channel management. Experience in automotive and supporting industries is preferable.
Excellent command of written and verbal English.
Good usage of MS Office.
Strong communication, interpersonal and strategic thinking skills.
Having ability to work effectively in a team.
To plan and manage network development strategy (city-based MS target) in line with geo-analytics model.
To identify opportunities in channel distribution via geo-analytics.
To develop, revise and follow up procedures, forms, reports of dealer opening, closure and dealer investments.
To collaborate with sales department to manage field execution as POS opening and orientation.
To follow and report channel and city-based performances as MS; strength and weakness in different product groups.
To support sales team to determine potential POS inline with channel distribution target.
To follow up dealer investment budget wrt validated dealer development roadmap.
