IT Engineer

We are looking for an ''IT Engineer'' to work in the plant to be established by BHS (German Company) in Eskişehir Industrial Area. If you want to work in a global company, apply to our job advertisement.

Tasks:

• Central IT contact person for all the questions of the users on-site concerning their workstations (notebooks, printers, smartphones and other peripheral systems).
• Pre-assessment and handling of problems via our ticket system in cooperation with our specialist teams at the headquarters in Germany (Weiherhammer) 
• Responsible for regular tasks such as hardware setup and teardown, workstation moves, or training new users on their digital workstation
• Planning, organizing and executing hardware rollouts.
• Inventorying hardware and managing it in the asset system.

Profile:

• You have successfully completed professional education in the IT environment (oder auch: You have at least 3 years of experience in the field of IT support).
• You are confident in using notebooks, PCs, smartphones and peripherals and are familiar with the latest Windows and MS Office versions
• You have basic knowledge of network technology.
• You have an independent, organized as well as customer- and solution-oriented way of working 
• Located in Eskişehir
