We search for “Incoming Material Quality Control Engineer” to enrich our growing team. 

• University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Excellent command of MS Office tools
• Having at least 3 years of experience in material entry and production quality control (those who have experience in quality control or production knowledge in organizations that produce transformers will be preferred)
• Experienced in interpreting and drawing technical drawings
• Able to work for internal order, work, 5S discipline, workflow and quality requirements
• Prone to teamwork
• Organized work tracking and reporting skills
• Able to take responsibility and work in a busy work tempo
• No obligation for military service (for male candidates)
  
• Having Driver License B
• Living in or willing to relocate to Balıkesir

Job Description

• Performing on-site quality checks of electrical (panels, insulation parts, etc.) and mechanical parts (boiler, cover, tank, steel parts, cable box, etc.), mainly at suppliers in Balıkesir, reporting, monitoring non-conformities, managing and training the employees under them
• In case of nonconformities detected regarding the design, necessary action should be taken by contacting the relevant design responsible
• Examining, directing and correcting supplier-related non-conformities detected during process and shipment quality controls and reporting as a result
• Identifying quality approved suppliers and conducting quality inspections on suppliers to ensure that they are improved in terms of quality
• Conducting sample studies with the necessary controls to identify the new product or new supplier from the existing supplier and preparing the quality assessment report to be forwarded to the Purchasing department
• Investigating the root causes of non-conformity in customer complaints received from the field and initiating negotiations with suppliers to determine the measures to be taken
• Follow-up of calibration activities, making all correspondence with calibration companies
• Representing material entry quality control processes in audits carried out by customers
