We are looking for a Social Compliance Specialist to be assigned at the headquarters of our company in Istanbul.

•  Graduated from related departments of universities,
•  Preferably in the textile sector, at least 5 years of experience in the field of social compliance,
•  Knows ETI, Labour Law and Occupational Safety legislation,
•  Fluent in English,
•  Able to use MS Office programs,
•  Focused, results-oriented, researcher,
•  B class driver's license and active driving
•  No barriers to domestic travel,
•  Residency on the European side.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To take part in the implementation and follow-up of ethical working standards carried out within Aster Textile and in subcontracting workshops, to develop procurement evaluation system
• To follow up the customer audits, to ensure that the actions before and after the audit are carried out, to be in communication with the social compliance audit departments of the customers,
• Control and follow-up of necessary commitments from suppliers regarding chemical compliance standards.
• To ensure improvement of social compliance system.
