QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a Senior Architect, who will fulfill the position specified below, to join our Architectural Team in Istanbul to work on various prestigious projects.

• Architecture degree
• 15 years of experience
• Experience in healthcare projects and hospital design
• Experience in conceptual and detail design to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Coordination skills with other design teams;
• Proficiency in Autocad/Revit and Microsoft Office Programs;
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
• Proven success in contributing team-oriented environment;
• Self-motivated, disciplined and well organized;
• Fluency in English

• To design and coordinate multidisciplinary healthcare projects
• To attend meetings and to communicate with clients in order to establish their needs;
• To support the lead architect in guiding the team
• To achieve the requested quality in design and to ensure the team achieves the required quality in the project.
• To find comprehensive solutions to the problems that are faced during the project.
• To meet the deadlines of the projects
• To be a valuable member of the architectural group with supporting and providing guidance for the younger colleagues to gain experience.
