Qualifications :

• At least 3-4 years of import operations experience in one of the following industries:Food&Beverage, cosmetics&textile
• Experience in import transaction, import&customs regulation, stock control and management, 3PL companies such as vendors, warehouses, forwarders.
• Fluency in English, both written & spoken.
• Analytical and result oriented approach.
• Eagerness to being a part of an effective teamwork.
• Ability to work at a fast paced environment.

Job Description :

• Managing foreign transportation processes between third party firms and related departments.
• Following and managing import processes via customs consultancy firms.
• Close follow up on custom legislations, Inco terms & requirements for importing materials and goods.
• Monitoring the performance of international vendors and maintaining relationships between customs brokers & bounded warehouses.
• Developing proactive approaches to optimize necessary processes.
