QUALIFICATIONS

 • Bachelor’s Degree from a relevant university

 • Min. 3 years experience in import & export operations

 • Excellent command of written and spoken English

 • Through knowledge on Turkish export and import legislation, import, and export documentation, procedures, and customs regulations. 

• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills and ability. 

• Self-disciplined & ability to work to tight deadlines. 

• Very good communication skills and result oriented

. • Excellent MS OOice skills

 • Driver’s License and Active Driver

 • Completed military obligation for male candidates.

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Following up import and export documentation, ensure timely receiving and delivering the paperwork and provide accurate documentation to relevant parties.

 • Extensive communication by e-mail, telephone with internal and external parties (customer’s, supplier’s etc.) is necessary. 

• Tracking and tracing shipment dates while maintaining accurate and timely work

 • Monitoring the dispatch, shipment, and delivery of all materials, organizing the supply chain

 • Negotiation with suppliers and forwarders all around the world 

• Coordinating international transport with approved transport companies

 • Scheduling direct and supervise the scheduling of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure eOicient resource utilization and achievement of customer service goals
