           GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• ·    Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
• ·    Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in food export,
• ·    Able to analyze the sector and potential markets,
• ·    Experienced in international fair follow-up, participation, and customer portfolio development,
• ·    Result oriented, developed problem solving skills,
• ·    Competent in management and coordination with targets,
• ·    Prone to teamwork and successful in human relations,
• ·    No restrictions on international travel,
• ·    Able to use MS Office programs at a very good level and have high reporting skills,
• ·    Have strong communication skills and high personal motivation,
• ·    Having a driver's license and being able to actively drive

•      Conducting research and reporting on target markets,
• ·    To make sales offers by determining the target customers of the company's products in foreign markets,
• ·    Keeping track of customer orders,
• ·    Using alternative sales channels to find new customers,
• ·    Collecting information about competitors and their products in the countries where they sell and preparing written reports,
• ·    To organize its work with the flexibility and responsibility required by customer relationship management,
• ·    To follow export legislation closely, to follow import and tax legislation in the countries where it sells, and to report changes,
• ·    Producing projects to increase sales in target markets,
• ·    Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets,
• ·    Participating in international fairs and visiting foreign customers.
