Position Expectations:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our global team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client portfolio. Here's what we expect from you:

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the sales cycle: From initiation to closure, you will lead the charge in managing business deals, collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders, including Solution Specialists and Senior Account Managers.

• Client engagement: You will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and fostering lasting relationships. Your expertise in sales will enable you to expand our client base and act as a trusted advisor.

• Revenue generation: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to fulfill the needs of large businesses through our leading technologies. Maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.

• Feedback loop: Gather valuable insights from customers and articulate their needs back to the business, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with customer expectations.


Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, with proficiency in German as an advantage.

• At least five years of successful B2B sales or sales account management experience working on global projects.

• Experience working with or selling Business Outsourcing, Customer Experience Technologies or similar solutions.

• Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management systems.

• Strong communication skills both in writing and speaking; able to simplify complicated ideas.

• Excellent analytical skills, including database and sophisticated Excel analysis.

• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.

• Highly organised and results oriented.
