We are now seeking a talented Operations Specialist to join our Terminal Operations Management team and play a crucial role in our airport operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Our expectations from the candidates who will work in this position are:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economy or Statistics.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) (Position requires active English skills)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
• Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In accordance with the targets of the Operations Directorate;

• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze data and generate reports related to terminal operations.
• Collect, compile, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and productivity targets.
• Develop and maintain efficient data management processes to streamline reporting procedures.
• Present findings and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
• Assist in the implementation of operational strategies to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
